Welcome to the Tame your Tech - a help clinic group for anyone wanting to get to grips with their gadgets....smartphone, tablet, laptop or any other gadgets you are struggling with.

This isn't a formal class, and there are no experts – just us! It's a friendly, informal self-help group where we pool our collective knowledge to solve common tech problems. The principle is simple: the person next to you might just have the answer you've been looking for, and you might know something that can help them.

We can help each other with things like:

• Understanding email attachments and spotting scams.
• Using Zoom or FaceTime to connect with friends.
• Organising your files and photos.
• Getting the most out of your tablet or laptop.

There is no such thing as a 'stupid question'. Bring your device (phone, tablet, or laptop), your questions, and a willingness to learn and share. Learn together and make technology your friend!
